Josh represents buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos, townhomes, and new construction. For sellers that means pricing grounded in a written market analysis, preparation and staging advice, and steady negotiation through inspection and appraisal. For buyers it means candid advice on value and terms, and a contract written to protect them through closing.
He also handles estate, probate, and divorce sales, where timing and communication matter as much as price. Through Mile High Estate Sales, his estate sale company, he can clear and sell the contents of a home before it lists.
Commercial
Josh represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in retail, industrial, office, and small multifamily property. His work includes sales, leasing, lease renewals, broker opinions of value, and the purchase of operating businesses together with their real estate.
Investors
Josh invests in Colorado real estate himself and advises clients from that experience. He works with investors on value add properties, where the return comes from renovation, repositioning, or stronger management, and on turnkey properties that produce income from the day of closing. He helps clients find, underwrite, and negotiate rentals, multifamily, mixed use, and small commercial buildings, from a first acquisition to a growing portfolio.
